Term limits for Louisiana governors are on the ballot, which could potentially affect current governor John Bel Edwards and former governor Bobby Jindal. In Illinois, Democrat J.B. Pritzker has won a third term, defeating challenger Chris Bailey. Meanwhile, in Nebraska, Michigan, and Ohio, election results have been reported, with Amy Acton leading the Ohio governor race. The term limits debate continues in several other states, creating more uncertainty to the ongoing discussion.
