Channel 4 and Paramount's Channel 5 have agreed a landmark commercial alliance. Channel 4 will assume control of Channel 5's ad sales, moving the more than £300 million business from Sky. The merged sales operation will represent both stations from 2027. The deal delivers a one-stop offering for brands. The statement came on 16 September 2026.
